Diceros Bicornis

In the end I added a few yellow billed ox-peckers to create a silhouette on the rhino's back. This peice bridged the gap from the fairy paintings into the start of a series of big game paintings. This painting also happens to be 1 of many double paintings, the other side contains an abandoned idea of what could have been a completed coffee painting.

I've painted this composition 2wice and each owned it's own unique spill patterns that can't be duplicated from 1 painting to the next. It's also the ability to manipulate the coffee medium as a vehicle during the application process that has earned it my attention and detail early on.
